1. Use of the website and services

You may use this website and register an account if you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, legally capable of entering contracts, and resident in a jurisdiction where the services are offered. The platform provides market information, analysis tools and automated strategy execution for your own investing. You agree to use the services only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with any onboarding agreement presented to you.

Registration information must be accurate, complete and current, and access to your account is personal: credentials are not to be shared, and activity under your account is presumed to be yours. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly at [email protected].

2. Limitations

The services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and maintenance, updates and events outside our control can interrupt availability. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide investment advice: content is informational, and decisions to deposit, enable a strategy or withdraw remain yours. Features described on the site may be modified, suspended or discontinued as the service evolves.

3. Marketing materials and mailing lists

By registering you consent to receive service communications: onboarding information, security notices and account statements. Marketing messages, where you have opted in, can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in every message or by writing to us; service and security communications are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account. We do not sell your contact details to third parties for their marketing.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, texts, logos, graphics, code and the VestAccrue name and marks are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution intact. You may not copy, redistribute, frame, scrape at scale, or create derivative works from site content without written permission, and you may not use our marks without a separate licence.

5. Privacy

Personal data collected through the site is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. The privacy terms form part of these terms; using the site after changes to either document means you accept the current version published on the relevant page.

6. Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites, such as payment providers or exchanges, which we provide for convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed exclusively by their own terms and policies. Verify you are on the correct official domain before entering credentials anywhere, including with third parties.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the site or services to breach any law or regulation; to transmit spam, malware or destructive code; to probe, scan or attack the site's infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system or data; to infringe intellectual property rights, ours or anyone else's; to disguise your identity or location for the purpose of circumventing verification; or to assist any third party in doing any of the above. Breach of this section justifies immediate suspension of access and, where applicable, reporting to the authorities.

8. Support

Support is available at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 ET. Support can assist with account matters, platform questions, payments and complaints; it will never ask for your password or one-time codes, and any message doing so while claiming to be us should be reported as fraud. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Market information may be delayed, incomplete or imperfect, and statements about features, timelines or performance describe good-faith expectations, not contractual promises. Nothing we say reduces your responsibility for your investment decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the direct losses you prove, capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or trading losses arising from market movements, third-party failures, or your own decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or gross negligence, or limits any statutory consumer right you hold under the law of your province.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VestAccrue, its affiliates and personnel harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This obligation survives the termination of your account and of these terms.

Other provisions

Changes: we may update these terms; the revised version takes effect when published on this page with its effective date. Material changes are announced in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Severability and assignment: if a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force; you may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Governing law and language: these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and the province of Ontario, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your province of residence.
