Fraud warning

Our company takes all information and suspicions related to fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This can cause confusion and spread false information about our company and its services. This page exists so you can tell the real VestAccrue from an impostor in under a minute.

Why we publish this notice

Cloning is a known pattern in financial services: a fraudster copies a legitimate company's brand, website style and even registration wording, then approaches people with offers the real company would never make. The goals vary: harvesting identity documents, collecting deposits into accounts that vanish, or installing remote-access software on victims' computers. Publishing the warning does three things: it tells you what is genuinely us, it tells you what we will never do, and it gives you a fast channel to report impostors so the next person is warned.

Clone companies

If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, do not share any personal information and notify us immediately by email at [email protected] with the subject line "Fraud report". Include the website address, phone number or social profile that approached you, and any messages you received; screenshots help. We work continuously to identify clone companies, and we emphasize that some may remain unidentified for a period of time. Clients should always verify the legitimacy of companies they interact with online before sharing personal data or beginning any business relationship.

How to recognize the real VestAccrue

  • Our only website domain is vestaccrue-ai.com. Any other domain, or a lookalike spelling, is not us.
  • Registration happens only on that domain. We never accept registrations through messaging apps, social media direct messages, or links sent by SMS.
  • Our only support email is [email protected], from that same domain.
  • We never promise fixed returns, bonuses for recruiting others, or "account recovery fees". Any such offer in our name is fraudulent by definition.
  • Our staff will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or remote access to your device, and will reference your personal security phrase when discussing account matters by phone.

Misuse of our name

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details of our staff have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not liable for fraudulent operations carried out in our name by third parties. If you have paid money to someone claiming to represent VestAccrue and something now feels wrong, act quickly: stop communicating, do not pay anything further, report the matter to your bank (for Interac e-Transfer and card payments, prompt recall requests sometimes succeed), to your local police service, and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and send us what you have at [email protected].

In doubt? Do not click, do not pay, do not share. Write to [email protected] from the address registered on your account, or call during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 ET), and we will confirm what is genuinely ours before you act.
