Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions new and prospective clients actually ask, grouped by theme. Each answer stands on its own; where a topic deserves more depth, the answer links to the page that covers it fully. If your question is not here, it belongs in an email to [email protected], where a person answers rather than an autoresponder.

General use

How do I register, and what do I need?

Fill in the registration form on the homepage with your name, email, phone number and a password. You need to be the age of majority in your province and have a phone number or email you check regularly. After registering, an account manager calls you within 24 hours on business days to finish activation.

What do I need to start working with the platform?

A completed registration, identity verification during the onboarding call, and a first deposit from C$350. An exchange account is set up together with your manager if you do not have one yet. No prior trading experience is expected or required.

Do I need trading experience?

No. The platform was designed for people who have never traded: strategies come pre-configured, settings are explained in plain language, and a manager walks you through each choice before anything starts. Experience helps you ask sharper questions, but the automation does not require you to read charts.

Can I use the platform on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works in any modern mobile browser, with the overview, reports, alerts and actions like pausing a strategy or requesting a withdrawal all available. There is nothing extra to install, and your sessions follow the same security rules as on desktop.

Fees and results

What does it cost to use the platform?

Account opening, maintenance and inactivity are free, and there is no monthly subscription. The platform earns a trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, plus possible third-party costs such as currency conversion (up to 1.50%) where they apply. Every fee is shown on the confirmation screen before you commit.

Where can I see the fees that apply to me?

The Fees & Pricing page lists every cost in tables, and each transaction preview shows the specific amounts before you confirm. Your monthly statement includes the fees actually charged. If a confirmation screen ever contradicts the published tables, do not confirm it: write to support.

Are profits assured?

No. Trading crypto assets and other instruments involves risk, including the loss of your entire deposit, and no feature of this platform changes that. Automation executes a plan efficiently; it cannot make markets move your way. Reviews on the homepage describe individual experiences, not expected results.

Platform features and daily use

What runs automatically?

Market scanning, signal analysis, order placement, position monitoring and the volatility guardrails run continuously without your input. Reporting also runs itself: your monthly statement and audit history are generated whether or not you open them. What stays with you is supervision: choosing strategies, setting limits and deciding when to withdraw.

How does the AI analysis work?

The engine continuously processes price movement, trading volume, volatility and trend patterns across the markets you monitor, and flags conditions that match strategy parameters. It is a support tool: fast, tireless and consistent, but statistical rather than prophetic. The Artificial Intelligence product page explains what it does and does not decide.

Can I choose which functions are active?

Yes. You choose the markets monitored, the strategies enabled, the alert types and channels, and the limits each strategy operates under. Everything can be paused or adjusted from the dashboard, and your account manager can review the configuration with you at any point.

What notifications will I get?

Login alerts for new devices, connection issues with your exchange, strategy events such as pauses and limit hits, and a weekly summary message. You choose channels per event type in preferences; security notices always go to your registered email.

Risks

Can I really lose money?

Yes. Market risk alone means the value of open positions can fall, and combined with liquidity, technology and counterparty risks, the full deposited amount can be lost. The Risk Disclosure page explains each risk and the practical steps that reduce, but never remove, it.

What does volatility mean for my account?

High volatility widens spreads, increases slippage and moves prices further in less time. Your strategies have volatility thresholds at which they pause until conditions settle, which is a guardrail, not a shield: it reduces chaotic execution but cannot prevent losses.

Can risk be eliminated completely?

No, and you should distrust anyone who says otherwise. Risk can be sized, spread and supervised, which is what the platform's tools and your manager help you do. The goal is that no single bad day or bad decision is decisive.

Security and account

How is my account protected?

Layered protections: two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts, session management, limited API key scopes and a full audit history. Your own habits matter most: a unique password, 2FA enabled, and healthy suspicion of unexpected contacts. The Security page details every layer.

Who holds my funds, and are they covered?

Your trading balance sits with the platform and its service providers; assets traded sit on the connected exchanges. Canadian coverage frameworks have specific scopes: cash at a member institution may be eligible for CDIC coverage under its rules, and securities held by a member investment dealer may be covered by CIPF, but crypto assets generally fall outside both. Keep on the platform only the balance your strategies need.

What should I do if I lose access to my account?

Use the password reset from your registered email first; if 2FA is lost, backup codes restore access instantly. If both are gone, contact support: identity verification restores the account after a security cooling-off period. This friction is deliberate, because "recovery" is also an attacker's favourite door.

How do I recognize phishing?

Check the domain (only vestaccrue-ai.com), be suspicious of urgency, and remember that our staff never ask for your password, one-time codes or remote access. On the phone, our staff reference your personal security phrase. The Fraud Warning page lists the current patterns to watch for.

Help and support

What should I do if something is not working?

Check the dashboard connection status first, since exchange API issues cause most interruptions. If that looks healthy, contact support at [email protected] with what you did, what you expected and what happened; screenshots help. Connection and security issues are prioritized above general questions.

What if my settings look wrong or I do not understand a function?

Ask your account manager: reviewing settings is exactly what the onboarding relationship is for, and most confusions resolve in one short call. For anything urgent, support answers during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 ET. No question about your own account is a silly question.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint". The Complaints page explains the full procedure: acknowledgement within one business day, investigation, a final written response within 90 days, and external escalation options if you remain unsatisfied.
